Working under general supervision, the performs a variety of indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks on state-owned buildings and grounds. Duties follow assigned schedules and may include both light and heavy maintenance, routine mechanical and equipment repairs, and occasional special projects. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor as needed.
Range of Pay: $20.51- $25.43 per hour; pay within this range is dependent on education and work experience and internal equity. This position is eligible for Shift Differential: working before 6:00 A.M. or after 6:00 P.M. $2.25 per hour.

In accordance with the Minnesota State Colleges & Universities (Minnesota State) Vehicle Fleet Safety Program, employees driving on college/university business who use a rental or state vehicle shall be required to conform to Minnesota State's vehicle use criteria and consent to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
A job offer may be contingent upon successfully passing a background check. The background check may consist of the following components:
