Neomonde Mediterranean is a family-owned and operated fast-casual restaurant with three locations in the Raleigh-Durham area. Since our establishment in 1977, our pride lies in our fresh, healthy, and clean proprietary menu, featuring authentic Lebanese cuisine alongside Mediterranean innovations.

In this role you will be responsible for achieving financial targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and cultivating an enjoyable culture for your team. This role offers tremendous growth opportunities within our brand, as we highly value honesty, integrity, and a relentless drive for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Utilize your financial acumen to improve current processes and move the business forward. Measure and control all lines on the P&L, including food cost, labor cost, and operating supplies.
Team Leadership: Hire, develop, recruit, and promote your team. Lead by example, motivate, and build relationships with team members, cultivating a positive and respectful work environment.
Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and restaurant efficiency.
Operations Management: Manage inventory, ordering, and purchasing of supplies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Quality Assurance: Work closely with the kitchen and catering team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Employee Development: Lead service education through daily line-ups. Manage performance, provide feedback, and promote productivity and growth within the team.
Sales and Growth: Inspire and lead your team to drive sales and consistently deliver strong results in FOH and BOH operations. Represent and uphold the family brand and directives.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of proven restaurant management experience.
- Culinary knowledge with the ability to manage food cost and quality.
- Proficient financial skills, including ordering, inventory, COGS, labor, and food cost control. Experience with sales forecasts and trends.
- Experience with Toast POS and high-volume events.
- Strong leadership ability to hire, cultivate, and coach a team.
- Forward-thinking problem solver with a focus on growing the brand/location.
- Thrive in a locally owned operation versus a corporate environment.
