About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead Joe’s Newbury. This role requires a proven leader with a passion for hospitality, a track record of driving revenue, and the ability to inspire a high-performing team. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a culture of excellence while achieving financial goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership:
    Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service, high-quality food standards, and an exceptional guest experience.
  • Team Management:
    Recruit, train, and develop team members to create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and guest-first service.
  • Financial Oversight:

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, including P&L analysis and cost control.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
