The Broken Yolk in Glendora is seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic restaurant environment while maintaining a work-life balance, allowing you to be home for dinner every night!

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations.

- Ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.

- Collaborate closely with Kitchen Managers and multiple supervisors to maintain high standards.

- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for guests while controlling food, paper, and chemical costs to maintain a target of 24% or lower.

- Ensure proper staffing levels to meet operational needs and enhance guest experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures.

- Knowledge of inventory management and food safety regulations.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
