General Manager

Kept Companies is the largest self-performing commercial cleaning and maintenance company in the nation. We offer more than twenty different services from each of our 135 nationwide locations including HVAC, restaurant, solar, retail, transportation and grocery.

Kept Companies is seeking a General Manager to oversee operations at our Climco Mechanical (formerly Performance Refrigeration) branch operation located in San Antonio Texas.

The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient completion of all service work and serves as the primary customer contact. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations and enforce all company policies and guidelines. At times, the General Manager may be required to engage in, or work alongside crew members to ensure the timely completion of work.

Compensation Package:

· $125,000 Annual base salary PLUS EBITDA-Based Incentive

Responsibilities:

· P&L oversight

· Estimating

· Scheduling, billing, jobsite quality, safety/compliance, fleet, and equipment maintenance

· Hiring, training and employee development

· Establishing operational objectives that align with corporate goals

· Ensuring that all projects are executed profitably and in compliance with company guidelines

Requirements and skills:

· State of Texas Mechanical Contractor’s License (or ability to obtain)

· 5 Years HVAC-R Field Experience (service and installation)

· 5 Years sales experience

· 2 Years in a leadership role

· EPA Certification (Universal Preferred)

· P&L experience

· MS Office, Power BI (preferred) experience

· Entrepreneurial mindset

· Excellent customer relationship management skills

· Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
