What You'll Do:
As General Manager, youll be the operational and cultural heartbeat of our Woods Cross clinic. Youll drive performance, mentor a passionate team, and ensure that every client receives personalized, life-changing care.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of healthcare and customer service professionals

• Manage daily clinic operations with attention to detail and strategic oversight

• Drive revenue and client retention through goal-setting, performance metrics, and proactive problem-solving

• Deliver exceptional service by creating a warm, supportive, and knowledgeable environment for staff and clients alike

• Recruit, train, and develop new team members in alignment with Lindoras high standards

• Ensure compliance with all operational, health, and safety protocols

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in management or leadership roleshealth, wellness, or retail preferred
