Performance Toyota Fairfield is actively seeking an assertive and results-oriented General Manager to lead our dealership operations. The successful candidate will be a powerhouse in the automotive industry, equipped with exceptional leadership skills and a proven history of driving sales and elevating customer satisfaction. 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management: Take charge of all dealership operations, including sales, finance, service, and parts departments. Lead and inspire a team of managers and staff to reach and exceed dealership goals. 
• Sales Growth: Design and implement aggressive sales strategies that not only meet but surpass sales targets. Analyze performance metrics continuously and adjust tactics swiftly to ensure robust growth. 
• Customer Satisfaction: Cultivate an unwavering customer-centric culture, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. Act decisively to address customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining the highest satisfaction levels. 
• Financial Management: Command the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Analyze performance rigorously and execute cost control measures to maximize profitability. 
• Staff Development: Attract, recruit, and develop top talent to build a formidable workforce. Conduct performance evaluations with rigor and provide ongoing coaching for continuous improvement. 
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels with precision to ensure the dealership is optimally stocked with the latest models and parts. Collaborate seamlessly with the purchasing department to enhance inventory turnover. 
• Compliance & Regulations: Enforce compliance with industry regulations and dealership policies with vigilance. Stay ahead of compliance changes and implement proactive adjustments. Marketing & Community Engagement: Work closely with the marketing team to create impactful promotional campaigns and engage with the local community, enhancing dealership visibility and brand strength. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred). 
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in automotive management or dealership operations. 
• Proven history of driving sales and enhancing operational performance triumphantly. Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Deep knowledge of automotive industry trends and an unwavering passion for customer service. 
• Possess a good driving record.
