General Manager

Job Description:

As the General Manager of our Boutique Fitness Studio in Denver, CO, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team and driving our mission to provide an exceptional fitness experience to our clients. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, fostering a motivating environment for staff and clients alike, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the fitness studio, ensuring a consistent and high-quality service experience for members.

- Lead and manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to cultivate a strong team culture.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and feedback to enhance satisfaction.

- Organize and promote fitness programs and events to engage the community and enhance member participation.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and studio policies.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelors degree in business management, sports management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a management role, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry.

- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on team development.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Experience:

- Previous experience in a boutique fitness setting is a plus.
