We're seeking a dynamic and driven General Manager who is ready to lead our studio to the next level.

Position Overview
The General Manager (GM) is the heartbeat of the studio responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving revenue, and creating an unforgettable member experience. You'll lead a team of passionate fitness professionals, build deep connections with our members, and be the face of CycleBar in the Cranberry Township community.

Key Responsibilities

• Studio Operations: Oversee all aspects of studio performance, including staff scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Sales Leadership: Drive membership sales through outreach, lead conversion, and community events.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and coach studio staff and instructors to ensure peak performance and engagement.
• Customer Experience: Ensure every guest and member receives exceptional service from the first interaction to post-class follow-ups.
• Brand Representation: Serve as the local ambassador for CycleBar, representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, track KPIs, and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in sales, fitness, or retail management
• Proven success in team leadership and performance-driven environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• A passion for health, wellness, and community engagement
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and evenings

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $40,000 $45,000
• Performance-Based Commission & Bonuses: $10,000 $15,000+ potential

The compensation for this role includes a $40,000 - $45,000 base salary, with commission and bonuses bringing total potential earnings to $10,000 - $15,000+, based on performance.
