General Manager - Shamrock Cleaners Tallahassee Florida

Shamrock Cleaners is the leading Dry Cleaning operation in Tallahassee. Due to our growth and expansion, we are seeking a Store General Manager. The successful candidate will be a hands-on results-driven individual who will be responsible for the Front and back-of-the-house operation. Shamrock Cleaners has been a staple in the community for over 40 years. We offer a career not just a job. We have won Best Dry Cleaner 5 years in a row. Some key requirements for the job are as follows:

· Drive the customer experience and exceed their expectations.

· Must have a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience or a Department Head.

· A previous General Manager or Store Manager would make a great fit. This is a senior level job.

· Responsible for recruitment and onboarding

· Must be a strong leader to train and develop the team.

· Manage labor and expenses

· Work closely with ownership to achieve company goals and objectives

· Must be results-driven.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
