Job Description - General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive the growth of our printing and signs business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, business development, and team leadership within the printing or related industry.

General Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the comapany's operations, including production, sales, customer service, and administration.

Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the business, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of employees to achieve individual and comapny goals.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.

Ensure that company complies wiht all relevant laws and regulations.

Manage and optimize the company's resources, including equipment, inventory, and facilities.

Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and innovative solutions.

Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to assess the company's performance and make data'driven decisions.

General Manager Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Proven experince (5 years) in a senior management role within the priting or signs industry.

Strong business acumen and a track record of achieving business growth and profitability targets.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of printing and sigange production processes, materials, and technologies.

Proficiency in using business management software and tools.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
