Southlake Signs Tampa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team in the commercial sign industry. As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and driving the success of our company. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of the design, production, and installation departments, including production, quality control, and customer service.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive growth.
Collaborate to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of products.
Monitor and analyze department performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Manage and optimize resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operations.
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a managerial role within the commercial sign industry.
Strong knowledge of graphic design, vendor capabilities, equipment, and materials.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
