Aschenbach Auto Group is in search of an energetic and seasoned General Manager to elevate our dealership. The perfect candidate will possess a solid history of success in managing automotive dealerships, with comprehensive knowledge of the industry’s various aspects, from sales to service. The General Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, upholding our dedication to excellence, nurturing a supportive team culture, and propelling ongoing expansion and profit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all dealership operations, encompassing sales, service, parts, and customer relations.


• Develop and execute strategies to enhance profitability and expansion.


• Guarantee superior customer satisfaction and loyalty.


• Guide, mentor, and cultivate a team of proficient professionals.


• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure adherence to all dealership policies, procedures, and regulations.


• Promote a culture of collaboration, integrity, and ongoing enhancement.


• Work in concert with ownership to synchronize our strategic objectives and vision.

Key Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven General Manager or similar senior management experience or 4+ years as a GSM in the automotive industry.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.


• In-depth knowledge of dealership operations, including sales, service, and parts.


• Excellent financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering top-tier service.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


• Strong closing skills, great work ethic, and superior CSI skills.
