General Manager Description:
1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing emergency plumbing start-up that provides services to both commercial and residential properties. We are a franchise seeking a general manager to lead the development and success in our local market.

The General Manager is responsible for the growth, profitability, and leadership of the territory.

Requirements:

A strong work ethic

Understand and execute a plan

Perform all responsibilities

Available 24/7 to resolve business emergencies

Experience in franchise management is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

Conduct performance appraisals, promotions, and terminations, and recommend pay increase

Take actions based on reports provided to implement improvements and increase the profitability of the location

Maximize customer retention by ensuring customer satisfaction

Drive sales and revenue

Ensure proper inventory management procedures are followed

Rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies

Willingness to do whatever it takes to continue growth

Most importantly, be the team leader everyone wants to work with!

Compensation:

Salary dependent on Experience

$50,000 to $75,000 depending on experience

Bonus opportunities based off of profitability

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

1-Tom-Plumber is a 24/7/365 emergency service commercial focused plumbing franchise that bolts onto water restoration companies. We are seeking customer service oriented team members, who appreciate a family atmosphere! Regardless of your level of experience, you must be ready to constantly learn and better yourself.
