Compensation: $50,000 base salary + performance-based bonus and commission
Schedule: MondayFriday, with some Saturdays based on studio events

Our new studio in Charlotte is looking for a dynamic, results-driven General Manager to lead operations, grow our member base, and create a best-in-class client experience.

Position Overview:
Were seeking a highly motivated individual who is excited to lead a high-performance team, drive daily outreach, and grow our presence in the local wellness community. The ideal candidate will be experienced in fitness, wellness, or membership sales and ready to manage a studio as if it were their own.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive daily outreach and sales by making 50+ outbound calls each day

• Own full P&L responsibility, driving revenue across memberships, services, and retail

• Lead local lead generation and host or attend community events to promote the studio

• Hire, train, and manage sales associates and stretch professionals (Flexologists)

• Execute proven sales processes to convert leads and maximize revenue

• Ensure superior client service, retention, and overall studio operations

• Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve results

Requirements:

• Experience in fitness, wellness, or membership sales is required

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager or Studio Manager in boutique fitness or similar

• Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales goals

• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team

• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and community engagement

• Strong organizational and marketing skills

• College degree preferred but not required with strong experience
