Our managers are the heart and soul of the Wow Food Group restaurants. They have a vision for what a successful restaurant is and know how to get there. We’re looking for experienced, passionate restaurant managers with proven success in the industry to become a part of the Wow Food Group team and launch their career into the next level. Managers are  responsible for leading restaurant operations with a focus on delivering high quality food and beverage service and maximizing guest satisfaction. You will hire, train and inspire the people that make your restaurant standout.

Working alongside the rest of your team, effective general managers understand that effectively delegating tasks is the key to meeting the overall goal of providing quality food and service to our guests.

Restaurant Managers maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain a high level of production, productivity, quality, and customer-service set to Wow Food Group standards.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity. Back of the house management experience is also essential, as you’ll hire qualified Cooks and Wait Staff, set work schedules, oversee food prep and make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.

We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have positive dining experiences.

General managers must have the ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts at the restaurant. Some evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Social media and marketing experience needed.
