Job Title: Hotel General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

- Lead, train, and motivate hotel staff to ensure high performance and a positive work environment.

- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.

- Build and maintain relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community.

- Oversee marketing and promotional activities to attract new guests and retain existing ones.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar leadership role.

- Strong understanding of hotel management software and property management systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting processes.
