Infinity Texas Air has been proudly serving North Texas with top-quality HVAC solutions, customer care, and dependable service. As we continue to grow, we are excited to expand into plumbing and are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our HVAC and new plumbing division.

Position Overview
We are looking for a strong leader who has successfully managed HVAC technicians and plumbers, with the ability to build, coach, and grow high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have experience driving operations, mentoring technicians, managing financial performance, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. A Responsible Master Plumber (RMP) license is highly preferred, as this individual will play a key role in launching and developing our plumbing division.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of HVAC technicians and plumbers.
   
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and service quality to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
   
• Develop and implement processes and best practices as we expand into plumbing.
   
• Drive financial performance by monitoring budgets, sales, and productivity.
   
• Recruit, train, and retain skilled tradespeople.
   
• Ensure compliance with state and local codes and regulations.
   
• Collaborate with ownership to establish growth strategies and long-term success.
   

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing both HVAC technicians and plumbers.
   
• Responsible Master Plumber (RMP) license strongly preferred.
   
• Solid knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC and plumbing systems.
   
• Strong operational and business management skills.
   
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
   
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
