Locations: Novi, Commerce, Milford, Brighton, MI | Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service.

Oversee daily operations: scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and store performance.

Train, coach, and develop team members at every level.

Maintain health, safety, and food quality standards.

Represent the store in the community and drive sales growth.

Who We’re Looking For:

Leadership experience in retail, food service, or fast-paced environments preferred

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Positive, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn

6 months of food service, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
