What You’ll Do

• Lead Interstate’s business strategy and operations at South Bend Airport, with full responsibility for daily operations, financial results and reporting, and the client relationship.
• Drive positive P&L outcomes while ensuring outstanding team member, client, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and nurture all client relationships within the South Bend market.
• Responsible for all operational systems, policy and procedure creation, evaluation and refinement, budget development, and financial reporting.
• Supervision, coaching, mentoring, and professional development of South Bend team members.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of management experience in a client and customer-focused environment such as parking, hospitality, retail, or property management
• Proven leadership skills with significant experience managing budgets, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction, developing and maintaining client relationships, and creating a world-class work environment.
• Strong team building and customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field strongly preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Tech-savvy and technology-forward mindset
• Municipal or government clientele experience preferred
