General Manager

The General Manager will oversee the operations of Nielsen Automotive Group's car dealerships located in Sussex County, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and service strategies to drive growth


• Manage daily operations of the dealerships


• Lead multi teams of sales, office and service personnel


• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of service at all locations


• Handle Marketing initiatives to promote growth


• Cost control and revenue growth

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive industry as a General Manager


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Proven track record of success


• Knowledge of automotive industry trends and regulations
