We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive General Manager to lead our dealership to continued growth and operational excellence.

Position Overview:
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, service, finance, and parts departments. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in the automotive industry, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive profitability while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  Lead and manage all dealership departments to achieve business objectives and operational excellence

  Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales, service efficiency, and profitability

  Foster a positive and professional culture focused on customer satisfaction, employee development, and teamwork

  Monitor financial performance, analyze reports, and implement improvement strategies

  Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements

  Recruit, train, mentor, and retain high-performing staff across all departments

  Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the community

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in an automotive dealership environment

  Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability goals

  Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills

  Strong understanding of dealership operations, including sales, F&I, fixed operations, and marketing

  High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service focus

  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Management, or related field preferred

Job Type: Full-Time
