We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant General Manager, your primary focus will be on ensuring that every guest has a wonderful dining experience. Your excellent communication skills, dedication to customer service, and ability to lead by example will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Deliver exceptional guest services, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.

Plan and update menus, showcasing your creativity and culinary expertise.

Develop and execute the restaurant's marketing strategy to attract and retain customers.

Manage the restaurant's technology systems and tools.

Respond efficiently to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.

Organize and supervise shifts to maintain optimal staffing levels and smooth operations.

Lead and manage the restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Recruit, hire, and train new employees, ensuring a skilled and motivated team.

Evaluate staff performance and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

Manage food cost, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory.

Oversee restaurant supplies, including smallwares, to ensure efficient operations.

Control costs and minimize waste to optimize profitability.

Implement innovative strategies to enhance productivity, sales, and food quality.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role preferred.

Extensive knowledge of food and beverage industry practices.

Proficiency in using restaurant management software and computer systems.

Experience in event planning is advantageous.

Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire and empower your team.

Sound financial management abilities to ensure business success.

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle challenges.

Team player mindset, fostering collaboration and cooperation.

Good time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
