We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and goal-oriented individual for our open General Manager position at one of our stores in Boiling Springs/Inman.
This individual should be dependable, guest focused, and driven.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-creating the weekly labor schedule
-onboarding new team members
-maintaining compliance with both corporate and state food safety standards
-resolving any/all guest concerns with urgency, understanding, and professionalism
-managing inventory and food costs/waste
-cultivating the culture and atmosphere that is required for a successful team and operation
-ensuring all paperwork, invoices, and cash management procedures are completed fully and accurately
