Job Overview:

HoneyCar is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Charlottesville location. As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the dealership's operations, ensuring that we deliver an exceptional car-buying experience to our customers. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong business acumen, a passion for customer service, and the ability to drive sales while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all dealership operations, including sales, finance, and service departments.


• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve dealership goals.


• Drive profitability by developing strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.


• Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong community relations.


• Monitor and analyze dealership performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.


• Manage inventory levels and pricing strategies to optimize sales and profitability.


• Foster a positive work culture, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role in the automotive industry.


• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.


• Ability to manage multiple departments and ensure efficient dealership operations.


• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering top-tier service.


• Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions to drive business success.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
