Your Responsibilities 

• Recruit, train, and lead a motivated team of automotive professionals.


• Mentor your team in best practices for securing deals while providing guidance to improve sales performance


• Establish sales goals, monitor progress, and inspire your team to achieve and exceed targets


• Oversee and manage Inventory


• Provide coaching and training to fellow managers and team members


• Collaborate directly with the COO


• Interpreting and understanding departmental accounting documents


• Uphold exceptional sales and customer service excellence 


• Ensure compliance with required manufacture standards 

Ideal Qualifications

• Proven experience in dealership management. 


• Strong leadership abilities with a passion for developing team talent.


• Energetic and enthusiastic presence throughout the sales workday


• Goal-oriented and friendly demeanor, especially in negotiations. 


• Detail oriented with sharp problem-solving skills


• Excellent customer service, communication, computer and basic math capabilities.


• Clean background, clean driving record, and a valid driver’s license. 


• Foundation knowledge of accounting principles
