Other vital responsibilities:  Oversee all dealership operations, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing sales, parts, and service teams, developing strategic plans, optimizing inventory, and foster an honest positive work environment. The GM also analyzes market trends, implements marketing strategies, and maintains compliance with industry regulations.
