Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to consistently exceed targets and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing one-on-one coaching to improve performance and skill development.
• Track and analyze sales metrics and reports, using insights to optimize strategies and drive results.
• Assign leads, manage scheduling, and ensure all sales opportunities are maximized.
• Develop and execute regional sales initiatives to expand market presence and increase customer acquisition.
• Maintain a high standard of customer experience, turning every interaction into a potential sales opportunity.

• Ability to travel for training up to 12 weeks as required.
• Proven ability to consistently meet sales targets and drive business growth.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• This role offers a competitive salary plus bonus, with total earning potential of $100,000–$165,000 per year.
