4 Rivers Smokehouse is seeking a senior restaurant leader to join our Jacksonville market. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced General Manager or a high-performing Assistant General Manager who is ready to step into a GM-level role within a high-volume, purpose-driven organization.

Placement will be at one of our Jacksonville locations (Orange Park or Baymeadows), based on business needs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily front- and back-of-house operations for a high-volume smokehouse
• Support in-house catering by helping plan, prepare, and execute catering production in the kitchen
• Develop, coach, and lead managers and hourly team members
• Drive operational excellence, including labor, food cost, inventory, and overall performance
• Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences through strong standards and culture
• Partner with market and support leaders to ensure operational consistency and growth
• Independently lead a restaurant and assume full General Manager responsibility when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Proven General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a fast casual or high-volume restaurant environment
• GM-ready leadership skills with the ability to take full ownership of restaurant operations
• Strong operational and financial acumen, including scheduling and cost controls
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team development and accountability
• Comfort with restaurant systems and performance metrics (Restaurant365, Schoox LMS, etc. a plus)
