General Manager - The Conroy Augusta (Tribute Collection)

As the General Manager for The Conroy Augusta (Tribute Collection), you will play a critical role in the opening of this historical hotel in Augusta, GA. You will lead all aspects of hotel operations, driving performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement. You’ll drive revenue, manage budgets, and implement strategies to achieve financial and service goals. Your leadership ensures a well-run property that delivers exceptional guest experiences and a positive work environment.

We are seeking a high-performing General Manager with premium soft brand experience who expects rewards to be tied to their accomplishments. Key Responsibilities

• You will be the driving force behind our hotel's success, overseeing all aspects of operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.


• Your daily tasks will include managing staff, budgets, and the overall profitability and reputation of the hotel.


• You will report to the Sr. Vice President of Operations.


• A career as a general manager can lead to various executive-level opportunities within the hospitality industry, such as regional director, vice president of operations, or even corporate-level positions.

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, and/or related area of study.


• 3-5 Years of Hotel General Manager Experience, Required.


• Marriott Lifestyle and/or comparable Brand Experience, Required.


• Sales and/or Food & Beverage Background, Required.


• New Opening Experience, Required.
