Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of in-store operations
• Lead by example in following company directives
• Ensure store cleanliness and employee efficiency
• Execute systems and procedures with integrity
• Utilize excellent communication skills
• Foster a positive and efficient workplace

Requirements:

• Ability to work a 35+ hour week
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Handle fast-paced and high-stress situations
• Organize priorities with minimal supervision
• Willingness to coach and manage employees
