• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor inventory levels and implement cost-control measures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for quality control
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Implement strategies to enhance the dining experience
• Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
