General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellence in food quality, cleanliness, speed of service, and guest experience
- Lead and develop Front of House and Back of House leadership teams
- Manage staffing needs including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts
- Drive operational performance and accountability through coaching, goal setting, and follow-up
- Ensure labor, food cost, and operational metrics are managed effectively
- Maintain a positive, high-performance culture aligned with Chick-fil-A values
- Oversee scheduling and deployment to ensure proper staffing levels during all shifts
- Train and develop leaders and team members to support growth and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with all Chick-fil-A standards, food safety procedures, and health regulations
- Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Support and execute catering, marketing, and community engagement initiatives
- Lead by example in professionalism, hospitality, and servant leadership
- Manage conflict resolution and team member accountability in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the Operator to execute vision, strategy, and long-term business goals
- Ensure systems and processes are in place to create consistency across all areas of the business
- Monitor guest feedback and implement solutions to improve the overall guest experience
- Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement throughout the restaurant
- Responsible for working with the Training Director to ensure eRQA’s and Safe Daily Critical’s are done daily

Qualifications:
- 4+ Years of recent Restaurant Management experience
- Demonstrates loyalty, integrity, motivation, trustworthiness, dependability, empathy, and professionalism
- A passion for people and service
- Able to lead, coach and delegate a team of individuals in a fast-paced environment
- Able to make quick decisions with the restaurant's best interest in mind
