Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Creates exceptional guest experiences
• Acts as the face and voice of the brand
• Manages business operations effectively
• Maintains a safe and appealing facility

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent people leadership and guest service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Problem-solving abilities
• Available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Consistently handle product preparation
• Follow proper lifting procedures
