What You'll Do

As General Manager, you will lead daily restaurant operations while building and developing a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading with integrity and fostering a culture of accountability and respect


• Recruiting, training, coaching, and developing team members


• Driving sales growth and achieving financial goals


• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence


• Maintaining food safety, security, and labor compliance standards


• Creating a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Positive attitude and self-motivation


• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays


• Reliable transportation


• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical restaurant duties


• Must be at least 18 years old


• High school diploma preferred


• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in quick service, fast food, or related hospitality environment


• Valid driver's license required
