General Manager

We are seeking a General Manager (GM); In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily operations and hold full accountability for performance and profitability. You will drive growth, manage key performance metrics, foster a thriving workplace culture, and develop both staff and management teams.

This role includes full ownership of the operating P&L for your assigned location. You’ll be responsible for organic growth, revenue targets, and market expansion. Supported by the parent company’s leadership team, the CEO, and a network of fellow GMs, you’ll have the resources to deliver exceptional service, drive operational excellence, and implement innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.

• Compensation: $175,000–$215,000 base salary + annual bonus + equity
