Now, we are looking for a highly skilled General Manager to help us expand our brand-new Buffalo Wild Wings GO concept. As the "head coach" of our location, you will oversee everything from local marketing to financial results, ensuring the ultimate takeout and delivery experience for our fans. Join us in providing top-tier service and delicious food for every sports enthusiast!

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor staff, providing clear paths for career advancement.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, maintain financial records, and maximize overall profitability and productivity.
• Sales & Operations: Set, track, and achieve store sales targets.
• Guest Experience: Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints swiftly to guarantee fan satisfaction.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
