Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite with flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Passion for creating a loving and enthusiastic workplace culture
• Must have a proven track record of leadership excellence managing: Safety and Quality; Labor; Food Cost; Inventory, Special Events and Promotions; Maintenance and Repairs, as well as other areas.
