• Lead the overall Tri-State business with responsibility for financial performance and P&L.


• Drive profitable revenue growth through both personal business development and leadership of the sales organization.


• Develop new customers and opportunities; maintain a strong hunter mentality and actively expand  market presence.


• Carry an individual sales territory and personal revenue target while serving as the senior leader for the business.


• Lead, coach and hold accountable the outside sales team; partner closely with inside sales and operations.


• Oversee the broader operation, with all functions ultimately reporting through the General Manager; partner with the existing Operations Manager on day-to-day execution.


• Integrate Tri-State into our operating model, including CRM adoption, reporting, processes and performance disciplines.


• Build and execute sales plans, forecasts and growth strategies for the business and assigned territory.


• Identify opportunities to scale the organization and improve commercial and operational effectiveness.


• Operate with substantial autonomy, making timely decisions and taking ownership for business outcomes.


• Build a collaborative, low-ego culture focused on team and business success.


• Report to the VP of Sales and work closely with leadership across the organization.
