Job Description - General Manager

Luxury boutique resort in the beautiful Grenadines is looking for a strong all round leader who is ready to step up to become General Manager of this small +20 room property.

We are looking for a strong hands-on leader with great guest skills to lead the resort team.

Overseeing Rooms, F&B, Maintenance and back office teams.

Ideal role for a strong Dir of F&B or Rooms - must have prior Caribbean experience (ideally with a mix of both disciplines).

Villa accommodation will be provided onsite and due to location ideally suited for single status candidates.
