Job Description - General Manager 3 - Food






Role Overview






Sodexo Energy and Resource is growing and is seeking a General Manger 3 - Food to run our food service program in Ellendale, ND. Sodexo provides our corporate service partners with a diverse range of food services and integrated facilities management possibilities. From restaurants to delivery options, to streamlined operations and cutting-edge technology, Sodexo creates a safe, vibrant, and eco-friendly workplace.    









What You'll Do






  • have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product and service
  • achieve company and client financial targets and operational goals
  • oversight of cash-handling and the POS system
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships
  • motivate, coach, mentor and develop staff
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs
  • capture customer's feedback to be integrated into the next menu cycle to increase participation

Qualifications & Requirements






Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years
