General Manager

for its Las Vegas Airport and will report to the Regional Vice President of Operations.

Requirements:

Who You Are

We are seeking a proficient leader that will deliver oversight to all operational needs including, but not limited to, Safety, Performance, Financial and meeting Service Level Agreements. This candidate must maintain and develop key relationships with Airport & Customers as well as employees to reach optimal results in business growth opportunities. This position will also require a strong networking role to collaborate relationships with high professionalism and communication skills.
Leadership experience; Senior manager level experience on an airport ramp/military base preferred.
Aviation fuel safety knowledge and execution.
Ability to lead and train FSM employees to meet the highest performance delivery standards, work standards, policies and procedures based on company levels, customer service needs and requirements.
Foster and maintain professionalism, respect and relationships with all collaborating representatives including customers and airport staff.
Must be a problem solver and maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
Demonstrate ability to resolve issues consistent with Company and customer satisfaction.
Ability to travel.
Capable of growth within the Company.
