Our Southern California iconic store is looking for
General Manager
. But you see, not just any GM. This isn’t just a job where we need someone to check the boxes and be a compliant employee. No, we need someone that wants to put them DNA into the business. Someone that wants to take the store to another level. There are even possibilities that are so secret we can’t put them in writing.
We need someone that has a love and passion for the motorcycle customers, the motorcycle business and the history of what we’ve already built with Pro Italia.

What you will do:
Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
Meeting planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Oversee the ongoing training of your team.
Develop your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
What qualifications you must have:
Must have at least 5 years of sales experience
Must have at least 2 years in sales management
