As the General Manager of our Cincinnati division, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our operations. You will oversee our Sales, Construction, and Design Teams, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of projects while maintaining our unwavering commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for key financial performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the Sales, Construction, and Design Teams, fostering a culture that embraces our 6 core values.

Oversee all aspects of human resource management, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary action as necessary, to ensure a high-performing team.

Conduct quarterly performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members, supporting their professional development and growth within the organization.

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and respectful work environment for all employees.
Oversee all aspects of project development, from initial client consultation to project completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Oversee the Sales Team to manage client experience from initial consultation through design phase to starting construction, ensuring a seamless transition and consistent communication to uphold customer satisfaction.
Manage the Construction Team to adhere to the “OWC Way” of Construction to maintain our quality standards and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain gross profit margins.
Foster a customer-centric approach throughout the division, ensuring that every client receives exceptional service and support throughout the home-building process.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role within the custom home building industry, with a track record of success in overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering exceptional results.
Strong understanding of residential construction processes, including design, estimating, scheduling, and project management.
Demonstrated financial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex financial data, develop actionable insights, and drive financial performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and external partners.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Proficiency in project management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
