Job Summary:
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of our printed graphics manufacturing operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the print manufacturing industry. The General Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, improving efficiency, ensuring high-quality standards, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:
Provide strong leadership and direction to all departments including production, sales, marketing, and customer service.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
Set performance goals and monitor staff performance to ensure targets are met.

Operational Oversight:
Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Implement and maintain high standards of quality control throughout the production process.
Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and procurement of materials.

Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

Financial Management:
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Oversee the sales and marketing efforts to drive new business and maintain existing accounts.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and services.

Health and Safety:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Promote a culture of safety within the workplace.
Address any health and safety issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the printed graphics or manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of successful leadership and management.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
Excellent financial acumen and experience in budget management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions.
