base salary of $55,000, but with monthly commission , your on-target earnings could reach

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

This retail management position is vital to our client's success, and they need an ambitious leader who can actively supervise all aspects of their Marion location. Leading a team of 12 - 15 associates, you manage the store's operations and provide excellent customer service throughout the day. You maintain a safe and supportive environment where employees can focus on their work, and customers can find everything they need. To keep the team strong, you train, interview, and hire staff. You monitor competitor pricing, place orders, manage scheduling, and ensure every day is successful. Attentive to detail, you take care of other essential matters such as making bank deposits, conducting inventory counts, and processing invoices.

THE IDEAL TRUCK STOP GENERAL MANAGER

● 3+ years of retail management experience (with some financial responsibility) in a restaurant, grocery, or similar setting● 3+ years of experience successfully leading a team of 15+ employees● Proven success with coaching others and delegating responsibilities● Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills● Organizational abilities, time management skills, and ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
