The individual will Lead and manage the Sales and Service Departments of our Dealership, ensuring that our Guests' wants and needs are fully met and our businesses goals and objectives are met or exceeded. Must plan, organize, and monitor the activities of the Dealership and measure the performance of the Team Members working at the Dealership.
