Are you an experienced pre-owned automotive sales expert looking to take a step into managing your own dealership? Are you ready to prove that you are prepared to run your own show?

Founded in 1975, Superior Auto Inc. is one of the nation’s largest, privately-held buy here, pay here automotive retailers with 70 locations. We are seeking an experienced pre-owned automotive sales expert for our General Manager role. You do not need previous auto sales management, but you must have a proven and verifiable track record, natural leadership skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

The right person will have a confident, approachable presence and display an obvious determination to achieve success by building professional relationships with customers and the community for the overall growth and profitability of the dealership.

You will be the face of the dealership and accountable for showcasing attractive vehicle presentations to drive sales traffic and delivering exceptional business results.

An attractive base salary plus a monthly performance incentive. Expect to earn six figures
No Sunday or late-night retail hours. Dealerships are open 9 am-6 pm Monday-Friday and 9 am-4 pm Saturdays
General Managers are awarded 3 Flex Days per month

The Specifics
High school diploma or equivalent work experience
3+ years of successful pre-owned automotive sales expert is a MUST.
A valid state driver’s license, with limited moving violation within the last 3 years
Must pass a criminal background check
Proficient computer skills
