A day in the life...

Ocean Key Resort and Spa located in beautiful Key West, FL is seeking a General Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the hotel operations functions, in accordance with company standards. Directs, implements, and maintains a service and management philosophy, which serves as a guide to respective staff.

Reports to: VP, Regional Managing Director

Directly Manages: All property managers and team

Previous and proven GM experience is required for this position.
