The Premier Collection is searching for an experienced General Manager, or GSM looking to take their career to the next level, for Subaru White Pains. We’re looking for someone with industry leading knowledge.  This right candidate should have proven track record of leading a sales team with consistent year over year growth . Automotive General Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• Highly organized and eagerness to improve


• Willingness to take initiative


• Ensure CRM compliance, utilization & follow-up


• Protect the moral, financial and legal well-being of the retailer.


• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the all departments.


• Set, monitor and achieve production goals while controlling expenses.


• Inventory management.


• Highly organized and eager to improve


• Willingness to take initiative


• Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills


• CDK experience preferred.
